The access to going out your own door without having to walk through an entire hotel and lobby is priceless. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, as well as down to Earth. Many of the negative reviews plaguing this property is from folks who didn’t appreciate how the people who stay long term keep a watch out for them and report issues to management (not in a nosey/caddy way), but to protect everyone. As a female with children staying here, I know I’m safe and my concerns and feelings are validated and heard by the staff. I can’t say enough good things about the staff/management and convenience. The prices get better the longer you stay. It’s one of the few places that have kitchenettes and the folks who are long term are respectful and protective. The only negative thing I’ll say is the dryers are small and take too long/cost too much to dry a load of laundry, but there are plenty of laundromats (including 24 hour ones) should you choose to go elsewhere for your laundry.
